This double plancha was a fantastic investment. Gets nice and hot which allows me to easily sear 4 rib eye steaks at one time. Great for grilled sandwiches as well as cheese steaks.
Feel like I'm cooking at a diner, have room for pancakes, hash browns, and eggs in one pan. Can also cook a bunch of hot dogs and hamburgers on this griddle, which is great when its too cold to barbeque outside.
Love this pan for cooking fish fillets because the sides are low which makes flipping really easy. Extremely versatile, we use this pan several times a week. Really easy clean up, and looks just as good as the day I took it out of the box.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner - all in one pan

Leave this on the stove. You can cook all three meals on this. I do when I have family visiting. In the morning: pancakes, French toast, eggs. Lunch: panini, hot dogs and the very best hamburgers. Dinner: steaks, chops, vegetables. Also good for making flatbreads and tortillas.
Great heat conductor. Good size. Covers 2 burners on a conventional stove. Easy clean up. No maintenance. Just keep it handy and you will find myriad uses for it!

I try to use cast iron for most of my cooking and wanted to get rid of my old aluminum half sheets. Replaced them with this and I love it. I've cooked cookies on it, meat, veggies. I use it as a griddle on the stove and my husband uses it on the grill. It can do literally anything. 10/10

I can only hope that the enamel on this pan doesn't come off and have issues like the STAUB pans I have. I made salmon in this pan the first and only time I used it, and I was pleased with everything about the flavor. It took time to clean it as I try my best to be very careful with all of my Zwilling and Staub, and Henkel Products, but they are often surprisingly difficult to care for and that plus my worry about my glasstop stove make it hard to give anything a perfect score.

Pancakes or multiple grilled cheese for the kids. Burgers indoors in the winter. Searing then finishing steaks in the oven. Fish and veggies. The enamel cleans up so easily. Hoping they will make this as a grill pan some day???

Double Duty

Haven't had to find a place to store this griddle, because it is always in use. Breakfast items, lunch or dinner, even put to use on the outside grill. Great for serving to keep prepared items warm.
