I love this griddle! I use it for most of our family gatherings especially in the mornings where you need the optimum space for all those eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns. Being cast iron, it holds the heat beautifully and cooks everything to perfection. I use this on the BBQ as well, and we take it camping and just put on a grate over the fire. This piece pays for itself over and over if you have a lot of gatherings, friends and family!

Great for breakfast for a crowd!

I love using this on weekends to make a large batch of pancakes for my kids. I love how the cast iron heats super evenly and that it will stay hot for a long time once it comes up to temperature. I can fit 8 pancakes on this at a time, so I am able to sit down and eat with my family instead of making batch after batch.

Induction capable

This double burner griddle is my latest and greatest kitchen addition. It works on induction, which was super important to me! It can work on your stove top, or for bbq's. I love doing pancakes on this burner. They turn out beautifully. It really does maximize space to cook.

I usually use my plancha on the grill for grilling proteins, it stays consistent and uses the Leidenfrost phenomenon to sear and create a more even crust on the food.it works great for proteins as well as veggies, without drying them out. I love that I can achieve the same effect on my gas stove top. The enameled cast iron produces a steady and even heat above the direct heating element. You will fall in love this plancha when you learn to use it the correct way!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner - all in one pan

Leave this on the stove. You can cook all three meals on this. I do when I have family visiting. In the morning: pancakes, French toast, eggs. Lunch: panini, hot dogs and the very best hamburgers. Dinner: steaks, chops, vegetables. Also good for making flatbreads and tortillas.
Great heat conductor. Good size. Covers 2 burners on a conventional stove. Easy clean up. No maintenance. Just keep it handy and you will find myriad uses for it!

Don't just think pancakes and grilled cheese when you look at this...it can do so much more. With Staub quality it is thick and heats so evenly. Everything from meats and fish to vegetable grill up nicely on this roomy griddle. With Staub's matte black coating there is no need for seasoning. You'll love it so much you just might leave it on your stove top at all times!

I use this griddle for my fish and veggie dinners, done in no time! The spread-even heat makes everything cook evenly and finished at the same or close to same time. Also love using it inside the oven & goes from oven to table, on a hot pad!

Double time pan

This griddle does far more than pancakes and grilled cheese. It expands your stovetop for vegetables and meats. The even heating of cast iron ensures beautiful browning. It is also perfect for grilling meats and vegetables. It's perfect for serving too because it holds it's temperature.
