Induction capable

This double burner griddle is my latest and greatest kitchen addition. It works on induction, which was super important to me! It can work on your stove top, or for bbq's. I love doing pancakes on this burner. They turn out beautifully. It really does maximize space to cook.

Love the handles

The handles make it easy to move from stove top to oven. When I make pancakes for my family, I like to keep them warm in a low oven.. this is perfect.
I also love using this pan for whole fish fillets. I can sear on the stove top then finish in the oven. once again, those handles really help you out!

love love love this Plancha!

I usually use my plancha on the grill for grilling proteins, it stays consistent and uses the Leidenfrost phenomenon to sear and create a more even crust on the food.it works great for proteins as well as veggies, without drying them out. I love that I can achieve the same effect on my gas stove top. The enameled cast iron produces a steady and even heat above the direct heating element. You will fall in love this plancha when you learn to use it the correct way!

Extra Cooking Space

This plancha creates more cooking space on my tiny stove. The heat distributes evenly all throughout the pan. We use it for everything, pancakes, steaks, tortillas, grilled cheese, you name it. It can also be used in the oven for pizza!

The overall look is beautiful. However my enamel was chipped. I will already have to do a warranty claim. I haven't used it yet. It seems very sturdy and heavy.

This griddle is awesome for making homemade tortillas! But it can also be used for so much more, inside or outside on the grill! Make some pancakes, bacon or whatever you need a flat, cast iron surface for. The double handles make it easy to maneuver on the stovetop or to the sink to quickly clean!

the ultimate breakfast griddle

I love using griddles and this one is amazing. You can do so much on it and cook food evenly. I have a gas stove and it works so well on it, heating up and really distributing the heat, avoiding cool spots on the griddle. This is the ultimate breakfast cookware, you can do everything on it at the same time and have a nice hot breakfast.
