So far so good...except it takes forever to clean

I can only hope that the enamel on this pan doesn't come off and have issues like the STAUB pans I have. I made salmon in this pan the first and only time I used it, and I was pleased with everything about the flavor. It took time to clean it as I try my best to be very careful with all of my Zwilling and Staub, and Henkel Products, but they are often surprisingly difficult to care for and that plus my worry about my glasstop stove make it hard to give anything a perfect score.

Versatility

This double plancha was a fantastic investment. Gets nice and hot which allows me to easily sear 4 rib eye steaks at one time. Great for grilled sandwiches as well as cheese steaks.
Feel like I'm cooking at a diner, have room for pancakes, hash browns, and eggs in one pan. Can also cook a bunch of hot dogs and hamburgers on this griddle, which is great when its too cold to barbeque outside.
Love this pan for cooking fish fillets because the sides are low which makes flipping really easy. Extremely versatile, we use this pan several times a week. Really easy clean up, and looks just as good as the day I took it out of the box.

double burner double fun

Ive had double burner griddles before but they usually too light and can warp. This one is perfect. The cast iron heats very evenly and it dosent wobble on my range. The enamle coating makes it so easy to clean. I use this for pancakes and for burgers and both come out great.

Griddle that Does It All

Griddle works perfect for making entire breakfast. The cast iron evenly heats to cook pancakes, bacon, potatoes and so much more. It does a great job whether or the stovetop or my outdoor grill. Covers two burners perfectly; a great investment for a multi use pan.

Great for Searing

This cast iron plancha is the ultimate searing pan. It’s able to fit multiple chops, steaks, or chicken pieces that most other pans can’t. The shallow sides allow you to fit spatulas and tongs under your food from any angle, and the cast iron stays roaring hot to maintain an even sear. It’s also great for breakfast. You can fit pancakes, eggs, and bacon all on one pan.

Been searching for a while for plancha for stovetop...bonus..slow cook on this in oven as well...just don't be silly and forget oven mitts when removing, like I did!
