I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I had gotten the lowest budget machine, but this is a midlevel machine in which I upgraded the RAM and graphics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is everything you need for work from home small businesses. Don't like the touch pad there is not 2 tabs on the bottom and clicking doesn't always work. and the fact that they Microsoft shoves the stuff down at you. I don't like the Fact it comes pre-loaded with McCrafty Security they are the worst spyware out there.

Needed to upgrade my laptop and this is doing the trick. I like that I was able to customize it to my needs and the website was pretty easy to use for doing that. Not sure why I waited so long to get a newer model.

As a retired veteran I use this 15t-fd000 laptop for evrything. Business, online stuff, gaming, video chatting with my kids and grand-kids. I can't afford an expensive gaming system so I did some research and got the closest to it without the mega-expense. I've added a 5T-byte stand-alone SSD along with 16G-byte RAM. I have over 100 RPG and FPS games installed thru GOG Galaxy and they all work flawlessly. This is a great laptop!
