Speakers were at 100 and you could barely hear it. Overheated with thirty minutes of use, the battery only lasted two hours max. Sent back for a full refund. Would not recommend this laptop.

I bought this laptop for my mom, and within the first day it was already glitching. It took quite some time for it to start. Sometimes the screen would freeze. Overall, I would have returned it but my mom didn't care to, it's not one I'd keep personally.

It's ok. The touchpad doesn't work great. Sometimes the right click menu comes up when I am not clicking the bottom right corner. It is also super sensitive and I changed the sensitivity to low.

This is not a laptop for work or those who would like dual monitors. The USB-C only supports data transfer. This is a terrible experience for me and further reason to avoid HP products.
