A Chomping Good Time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hot Wheels® T-Rex Blaze Battle™ 4Y+ in exchange for my honest opinion.
The T-Rex Blaze Battle set is so fun! I love these sets that are geared toward younger kids, and don’t have any small pieces or rubber bands on the launchers. This set has a lot of pieces, but they snap together easily and the multi-step instructions are easy to follow (kids will need adult assistance). This track is built to be sturdy - you can really slam down the launcher without fear of it breaking. The car included with the set works perfectly and makes it around the track every time. I was able to get several other cars to work as well but sometimes they do fly off the track. My kids think it’s funny and just try another one.
The best part is the different ways in which the car can come around the track - the lever at the top changes the dinosaurs mode so it can either go around the track, pop out the back end of the dino (a real crowd pleaser), or come around to the front and out of the fire station releasing the dinosaur to bend down and “eat it”. The dino eyes spin as your car drives through his mouth with bright yellow teeth, narrowly avoiding being chomped! Another great feature is that you can easily snap it on to other tracks (not included) to extend your opportunity for play. Anothet really great Hot Wheels toy that holds my kiddos interest.

Hot Wheels and Dinos

Fun and interactive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My four year old son loves playing with his He likes it when t Hot Wheels T-Rex Battle playset.he dino's eyes spin and his teeth get knocked out, when the car is launched hard enough through the track. He also likes it when the dino eats the car and poops it out, but his favorite part is when the dino gets knocked out and falls foward. One dislike is the launching system. In order for him to launch the car through the whole track he has to hit the launching system hard enough. Sometimes it takes him many tries before successfully launches the car. Overall I recommend this T-Rex Blaze Battle Playset, It's fun, the colors are bright and beautiful and its easy to assemble.

Dino Chomping Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T-Rex Blaze Battle is a fun Hot Wheels set. My dinosaur enthusiast loves it. I was skeptical if it would work since the ramp is so steep, but if you hit it hard enough with your fist, as shown in the direction booklet, it does work. At the end the whole dinosaur tips forward like it’s eating the track. One lever also makes the dinosaur’s eyes spin. As a stand alone item it is fun, but it is a great addition to our Hot Wheels city. My son loved the shiny red car that comes with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has had hours of fun with this track. It was so easy to put together and had held up great against his rough boy play. This is something that’s great for individual or share play. If your kid likes Dino’s I would highly recommend this.

Good but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a big fan of the sets and my son loves them. But this one was a little disappointing. Like most sets it’s easy and quick to put together, looks great and is a quality built.
This one has a couple minor flaws. First is the launcher, I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong but I find the “smash” launchers to be less reliable than the rubber band/push button style ones. If you hit it too hard the car can go flying off the track entirely, too light and it doesn’t make it around the loop. This style also limits the cars that can be used.
The second problem is when everything goes good and you knock the T-Rex down it flips the whole set on its face. Not a huge issue but it’s taken a few tumbles off the table while playing with it.
Despite those flaws, my son still plays with it constantly and loves making the T-Tex fall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun dinosaur track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This track was a huge hit with my dinosaur loving son. The box was easy to open due to the perforation on the back. You do have to assemble the track and apply a few stickers, but the instructions were easy to follow. The track comes with one Hot Wheels car, but I would recommend having at least one extra car on hand, making for extra game play options. I’m not a fan of the launching system, slamming the “button” as hard as you can. My son gets frustrated if he doesn’t hit it hard enough because then the car doesn’t go anywhere, resulting in needed help or stepping on it with his foot. Otherwise, the track is fun and has a couple different ending options depending on where you have the lever set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun and Exciting T-Rex
