Broken zipper

I brought this for a week long trip. Arrived on time and in good condition. I normally pack the night before and close my suitcases the morning of travel. In my horror the outer zip busted before I could close the case. Case was half empty. Thankfully I had a backup case on standby otherwise a delayed lost vacation. To say disappointed is an understatement . I’ve always recommended Samsonite products perhaps it’s time to look elsewhere. Returning the product ASAP!!

This luggage is the perfect size for check in and for any length of travel. It is lightweight, has plenty of space, and great compartments for organizing. The buily in TSA lock isnm very convenient and the suitcase is very sturdy and durable. Lastly, the unique color makes it easily visible and stands out on the conveyer belt. There is never a question on whose suitcase that is!

This luggage is great, but, wheels are not. One bump in curb. Cannot find wheel replacement? Why other than Samsonite wanting you to buy another suitcase would they not sell replacement wheels. HELP

I own a Samsonite luggage that lasted for years during my frequent international business/personal travel. I bought this one for it's light weight and hard sided shell, and hoping it will lasts as long as my previous luggage. I am not crazy about the 2nd zipper that provides additional 2" space. The extra space is nice but it opens up with a thin strip of fabric. Time will tell if the fabric is going to holds up for international trips.
