Second time I’ve purchased this one. Both had the same issue. Trying to fill out the repair request form and it won’t submit the request.

Do your homework before you order. This bag is very large. I don't know if I'll ever use it, but I can't exchange unless I want to pay lots more for shipping than the bags costs. If there was fine print, I didn't see it. Buyer beware.
Cons: Guess I'm stuck with bags that are too large., I had no idea about return policy., Return shipping is on you own, and too expensive, Returning or exchanging costs more than bags.

Poor Quality Wheels

Very poor quality piece of luggage. Used about 6 times in the past 8 months for light domestic travel only. One of the wheels broke and now the suitcase cannot be wheeled anymore and only dragged along the ground. Would not recommend this hard side spinner to anybody, poor quality and will break in less than 6 months!

Cons: Poor Quality

Christmas present for semester abroad in school. Literally, when at the airport, in lifting this "sturdy" suitcase out of the trunk, the top handle snapped and broke. Have no choice but to awkwardly carry this large suitcase up stairs, etc. with a broken handle for 6 months.
