I upgraded my wife's phone from a Motorola to the S24Fe and she really likes the new phone. It has all of the features that she wants and didn't cost a fortune. One negative is that it is a bit thicker than her previous phone and a little heavier, but not so much as to be a problem. Would definitely recommend this phone
