Great exercise rope!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to have a new way to work out, and it’s really cool! I’ve never used these to work out before, and it works really well! It definitely uses muscles that I dont use otherwise. They are really well. Overall, these are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed these ropes so much. I only used to get a rope workout in at Bootcamp and now I have a little Bootcamp at home. The ropes are durable and it just makes for a good workout. I definitely don’t have an excuse to not workout.

Perfect for home gyms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battle rope is super sturdy and versatile for my home gym. The diameter of this rope is smaller and the overall weight of the rope is lighter than the one you may find at your standard 24 hour fitness gym, but that makes the grip so much easier for smaller hands. The large ropes at a standard gym are way too difficult for me to grasp tightly enough because I have small hands. The better the grip strength, the more power you can produce.
You can attach them to a post, but what I did was just use a cable machine and I wrapped the middle around the machine to maintain stability. Endless options for a great endurance and power workout!

Great way to get a workout at home

It’s the same thickness and quality as ropes I’ve used in the gym, just a little shorter. A few minutes with this and my arms feel like jello. Recommended.

The rope is the perfect length. It is not too heavy but it give a good workout. It is well made so I feel like it will last awhile

The rope is heavy and is a great addition to an intense workout! It really works your arms and core. The handles feel nice and are easy to grip.
