I recommend this to anyone looking to add to their home gym. Great for myself who needs to get back in shape after having kids.

Great Workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was confused that the rope was one piece. But it’s actually way better this way. I’ve threaded my battle rope through a couple of heavy kettle weights, I’ve also put the battle rope around a pole and that seemed to be the best way! Within seconds this exercise gets my heart rate up. It’s a great way to burn calories. My only complaint was that there wasn’t any instructions so I had to do some research on how to make it stay put while in use.

The quality of the battle rope is super good with durable, strong and resilient materials ensuring the frequent and intense use. And the battle rope is long enough indoor and outdoor workouts to challenge fitness levels by incorporating the rope into my workout routines. It’s an excellent tool for engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Moreover, the battle rope offers a full-body workout for cardio, strength training, and endurance , feeling thoroughly challenged. Furthermore, the repetitive waves and slams increase heart rate, making it an efficient option for improving overall cardiovascular fitness which is exactly what I’m looking for. Really love this high quality and full-body workout and fat burning battle rope, super impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting what came out of the box to be this ginormous rope. It was so well packed though and I was surprised to see the famous actor on the box. It is heavy, but not on manageable and it's a perfect weight for both my husband and I to use it is sturdy. It is really well-made and it's a perfect addition to our home gym.

Love this rope

I love putting it around the wooden posts in my backyard and trying with it. My husband was also excited to use this. He said the first time he used the rope…said it felt like the one front the big gyms. I am excited to have this rope to help me get better shaped arms.

I've been on a fitness journey for the last year now that has really taken me out of my comfort zone. Battle ropes work so much of your body that you don't realize you're working. I'm hoping this helps bring my workouts at home to the next level long term. Definitely recommend if you have the room to use this as an option.

I’ve enjoyed the challenge and fun that including a rope in my routine has brought. The instructions and support that come with the equipment is helpful for getting started and you’ll notice how muscles are being used in a new/different way by using the ropes. This is a must-have for any home gym application.

Best for full-body workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tied these ropes in our backyard and use it for full-body workout. These are 22lbs ropes woth good grip and are super comfortable to use. These are well made and we haven't noticed any wear or tear after about a month workout in the backyard.
