A great move

I'm loving my Razr Ultra! I'm using the front screen much more than I thought I would. Is so nice to be able to keep in my front pocket. This phone is buttery smooth and fast. I am very glad I moved to a flip phone.

What a bargain at half off!

Wow! What can I say? This phone is everything I wanted and more.It's beautifull (Moutain Trail) and much faster than my mucher older phone. it has four times the RAM which is essential for some of the things I need to do. A full terrabite of storage with the free upgrade leaves me with no worries about running out of space when creating large files. The ability to use the external screen for most anything, which I'm using to type this review is quite the time saver. I still have lots to learn about the device but I'm loving it quite a bit. Although it came without the charger in the box I did purchase a quick charger and THIS PHONE FILLS FAST and the bettery lasts all day. Get a good protective case and you're all set. I have had no issues whatsoever. Thanks, Motorola!

Amazing phone, where is the accidental Motocare?

This phone is amazing!! Really, really fast, having the option to run the apps on the outer display, is so much fun, and convenient, I can even watch movies on this tiny display, but I like the most about having this feature, is that I can access only the apps I want, not the entire apps page, so, so convenient, only problem is that for some reason, I cannot buy the extended Motocare plan for it, it does not pass the "Payment Method" tab, I have contacted Motorola support five times and nothing, but if you try to add it for the Razr 2026, you are more than welcome to do so, I don't want to believe that Motorola is holding it to put pressure on everyone to force the purchase of the 2026 Razr models, the craftsmanship is amazing on this phone, but it is a flip phone, a little of peace of mind wouldn't hurt knowing that it has the accidental Motorcar covered by Motorola, it seems it is not the case as of today, and I don't want to return my Razr Ultra.

Great specs but not after Android 16 update!

I love the specs that it promises to have, however after I did the software update to Android 16, it ruined everything! Before this update the utility was great! But after, the display screen doesn't have the expansion option all the way like before. Display screen glitches a lot randomly, and when changing from opened to close. Before, it was fine. The main screen would freeze randomly, and you can't click anything, and you would have to force restart the phone. When you send photos on social media apps, the chat would go blank and you have to close the app and restart everything. I restart my phone often and updated the apps. Still no help. It is so annoying and not functionable. I cannot even go back to uninstall this update. I want to go back to the previous software! I looked up how to fix it, and people said I can factory reset it, but I already have all my things customized and set up now!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst service ever

I have contacted Motorola multiple times about my missing phone that should have shown up over a month ago. I requested that it be signed for... They just "dropped it off" without getting a signature. No one ever replies, I've written multiple reviews and nothing happens. So it looks like I'm out the money since I don't have a phone nor with Motorola cooperate with me (let alone even reply!) so that I can figure out where the heck it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got my Motor Razr Ultra 2025, and it's as beautiful of a phone as I expected, and works perfect as I expected too. The Pantone Scarab version I got is truly amazing!
