My Razr Experience

1: I love having a flip phone
2: Everything the phone does for being a flip phone is very nice.
3: My biggest downside to this phone, the only charger that really works for this phone is the one you gotta buy that they made just for it. I've tried many other chargers and even my monitor which charges my old razor Quick (the monitor is rated at 90w so I assume this phone is deciding that's dangerous and doesn't charge from it)!
4: Camera works way better than the previous razr
5: The last potential downside is when the 1st new razr came out prolly 2-3yrs later it had a forced update randomly one night and then it would only trickle charge, so should be aware it's possibly a 2-3yr deal if that pattern follows (otherwise id honestly still use the 1st new one it's way more reminiscent of the old razr phones, sure it lacks power but it looks good, very light and the screen shows no signs of wear) they wanted a review so they got one lol

Nice but Too Expensive

Bough it during pre-release sale with the pre-order discount, have been using it for several weeks and altough there's nothing wrong with it or its performance, I do feel is overpriced primarily due to its limited functionality, if this was a larger screens such as a table size I could easily justify the price; hwoever, for a flip phone size the MSRP is high. Outside screen is nice, and its fucntionality is above average. Nevertheless, I won't be keeping it, I would much rather save my money and invest it into a device that can provide more functionality for a multi-functional user.

SO DISAPPOINTED

SO DISAPPOINTED......Quite a few years ago, I loved MOTOROLA phonews. They were easy to use. the camera was FANTASTIC, and it was a very reliable and sturdy phone. I switched to SAMSUNG many years ago . When the razor by motorola came out, I thought Id really like a smaller phone with the same dynamics of the other phones. BOY WAS I WRONG...The only thing I like about this phone is that the phone folds and I can have all my essestial icons on the front screem. The phone itself is very slow and the photographic quality is for somebody who just takes pictures for now reaSON. yES THE CAMERA ACTS AS A CAMCORDER, BUT the photo screen is 3 x 3 inches???? seriously..I HATE THIS PHONE !!! Very frustrating. Im so happy I kept my Samsung. Im going back to AWESOMENESS> SORRY Notorola. I gave it a chance. YOURE just not there yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great foldable phone with all the goodies

I have had the last 3 RZRs and this one is by far the best. That 1TB drive is da bomb.....and the battery seems to last longer than both previous phones....Just my advice....if you make a RZR with a significantly bigger battery along with the 1 TB drive I'd never complain!!!

It's okay

It has been about a month since I've been using the razr ultra. I like the hardware on Samsung Flip 7 more, and bought this phone instead based off of the specs on paper. Phone is smooth, however once it starts to heat up the thermal throttling is real and noticable lag in games. It can be hard to see the screen if it's really sunny out. There are random annoyances such as keyboard not loading for a specific app or texts for random people don't go through even if network is fine, and today Android pay didn't feel like working...my biggest complaint would be the external display, don't get me wrong it is nice you can run most apps on it but the most annoying part is that Gemini does not work properly on it. I'm well vested into the Google ecosystem and it keeps telling me I have to open my phone to activate Gemini through voice command or even the short cut when holding the power button down a bit. Perplexity works fine so I'm currently using that but it's not my preferred AI. Gemini used to work for a couple days just fine but after updates just started having so many problems , and for me rolling back the updates did not work. All in all it's a fun phone, but I wish there was a cooling system inside the phone and hope they drop an update soon for the software

The Razr is back ! better than ever!

I Upgraded from the Moto Edge 2021 . To this Razr Ultra, I love it! Motorola is the only brand I will ever buy. I have never had any issues with any of my past Moto. phones. I had a Razr back in the day and it was an amazing phone. Keep up the good job Motorola!
