It was this or the Samsung. The Razr won because of better features. What i don't like: I hate that I have to wake the phone to see if I have notifications. The UI is clunky when trying to use the phone and the customization is lacking. What I like: Way more features than I'll ever use. The cameras and video capture are over the top for functionality. That is IF I cared - I don't. Bottom line, too many frivolous bells and whistles for this old fart. If I could have found a smaller smart phone I would have purchased it.

Great phone

Razr Ultra is proving to be much more intuitive than my Samsung Galaxy Flip 7, finger read seamless, outer display so much more, practically every app that I don't even need to open my phone. Very Happy

The phone meets my high expectations.

Received the phone two weeks ago. Overall, the phone meets my expectations, and I had high expectations! Used to have other Flip and Fold phones (not from Motorola), and this one feels superior.
Motorola, please do better with the trade-in credits. Your competition is processing them much faster. Waiting a month for a trade-in credit can steer me back to your competition, which has a processing time of around a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent, but it must be used with care.

I bought the phone 5 months ago and both screens have already stopped working. The phone is amazing but it has to be handled very carefully.

Great phone but only supports USB 2.0

Generally, quite happy with this phone, except it only supports USB2.0. I'm not sure why this flagship phone does not support USB 3.1 or higher.
