Decent headphones, destroyed by white noise.

Bought this a long while ago and im glad i did. I like it, it's not perfect and i had to tune it myself to make it sound alright. I would give it 5 stars for the budget range, but there's one issue JBL will probably never fix: the headphones have white noise. This sucks and it makes me so sad

I love my JBL T500BT. Oh! No! I am in love already. Pure Bass! Pure Sound! Pure Music! Affordable and easy to carry around with light weight.
Getting more for less cash. I gained alot...it is a win-win.

after like 1 year i cant hear on the right side when uts over 30 % charged and randomly comes back the sound was really great bul still have little problems if someone helps me that will be best

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 500BT. Please try connecting the headphones to other devices and use a different streaming application to see if the issue remains. You may also try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When resetting, LED will blink faster. Please remove/ forget the headphones' name on your source device first before connecting again. I am extremely disappointed, my headphone can't charge or even turn on. they are barely 2 years old

If the issue persists, power cycle your headphones by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while it is not plugged into a power source. stopped charging after 4 months

stopped charging after 4 months of using them and none of the ways on the internet showing how to fix it worked!

Thanks for your inquiry. We recommend charging our JBL Tune 500BT with the charger it came with for at least 2 hours. If the issue persists, please try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps, and try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Also, Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
