Nice headphones but really loud

I bought a week ago and when connected them i noticed they were really loud even when I put the volume down I had to put it to the lowest volume, at the lowest volume it works nicely tho. I had no other problems

nice sound, Pairing to Mac keep failing time after time.
unable to connect to Mac , So if you are a Mac owner, keep away from this headset

To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support.

Handsfree but does not work with windows.

I've been having problems using the headset in calls because all the audio glitches and hurt my ears from the sudden loud noises it makes and nothing will fix it.
even most of the time it just would not display any sounds.
It is not worth it to buy if you can find a product that will work on all devices rather than best for only mobiles and mac.

Good but has static

the headphones are nice and sound quality is good however there is a terrible static noise that wont go away. i usually find this is bluetooth headphones

My earphones changed name

My headphone JBL 500BT suddenly changed its name to VA9625 and now isn't working properly. HELP PLS!

You may try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster. If the issue still persists, Please contact our customer support team for your region. See contact details below.
