Bluetooth connection issues to a MacBook are a bit harder to troubleshoot since Apple's security updates lately have been a bit more restrictive when it comes to non-Apple products. That said, try to pair your JBL headphones to another device and test if the same issues also happen on this device. If it only occurs on the MacBook. We highly recommend contacting Apple to either request assistance on how to reset the Bluetooth module or give your headphones more permissions to allow better connectivity.

I've used these headphones for nearly a year now. The battery life is good. And the sound quality is great, EXCEPT for the constant background static.
These head phones are great if you want to jam, but they're super annoying for listening at a lower volume.
I want to also say I love my jbl charge 3, been using it over 3 years and have nothing bad to say about it. I'll buy jbl stuff again. The quality im used to just isn't in these 500bt's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

malisimo producto, no funciona con zoom o teams.. para que otro motivo uno desearia tener un headset con microfono?? totalmente una desgracia, nunca compres este producto, una verguenza por la marca, pensaba que era de las mejores, pero ahora veo que no

Please make sure that the headphones are connected to your computer. Try checking the audio by playing music or recording your voice. Also, please make sure that on the app, you've selected Tune 500BT as the audio output and mic input.

I like JBL 500 BT Tune, but minor problems !

JBL 500 BT Tune works good and it's design is fabrically excellent. Voice is superb, and even the left and the right of headphone it trembles of high bass. I like JBL, but minor issues here: though JBL has a great sound, the left part often doesn't respond. I don't know if there was a problem with cable or the bluetooth coverage wasn't right. Please can you tell me : can it be fixed? If yes, how much does it cost to repair it? Thnaks for understanding!

At first it's perfect
But after one year the cover is tearing itself away and you're left with the foam uncovered
sometimes it also gets suuuuper long between the moment you turn it on and the moment it's willing to connect
