Excellent sound!!

Recently bought these for my son as a Christmas gift. He was thrilled with them. I slipped them on and was very surprised at the high quality of the sound, and total noise cancellation around me! Why would anyone pay such ridiculous prices for the competitor's product? Thanks, JBL for the high quality and the affordable price!

Left speaker stopped working after 2 weeks

I bought these less than a month ago and after using a few times the left speaker stopped working. Less than 1hr total use. Really disappointed in these as I am a long time JBL/Harmon Kardon fan. Will not purchase another bluetooth device from JBL.

This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. Please try to pair the headphones with a different device. We can also try to reset the headphones to factory settings. To do so, long-press the Volume + and Volume - buttons at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth isn't on and connected to any device. The LED will blink faster, indicating the reset is successful. Please forget JBL Tune 500BT on your Bluetooth settings before pairing again. I GOT THIS FIRST I USED THIS TO MAKE A CALL WORKED PERFECTLY ... WHENI TURNED ON THE MUSIC I JUST STARTED HEARING NOISES AND DISTURBANCE .....I THOUGHT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY PHONE , AFTER USING IT FOR A WHOLE DAY WITH TWO OTHER PHONES I UNDERSTOOD MISTAKEIS WITH HEAD SET ... IT MIGHT BE DESIGN MISTAKE OR MY HEADSET IS A DEFAULT PIECE , BUT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ... I DONT RECOMMEND .... BATTERY LIFE IS EXECELLENT

Worked for couple month

Please try to use a different cable to charge the headphones. Please check the LED indicator. If the unit was recently purchased from our website, please take advantage of our self-service options to file a claim using the link, otherwise, please reach out to the point of sale.
The product overall is good. But it is so uncomfortable to use. So tight on ear even after using multiple times. I event kept it stretched overnight but it doesn't help. Apart from that everything is okay. Nice battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the headphones

Got theses for Xmas the only problem I have is when you walk out to the kitchen it starts to break up, garage really break up, out side majorly break up. I can’t believe it’s that short of a distance before breaking up. Other then that there amazing.

Terrible - do not recommend

Both myself and a co-worker but these headphones to use with our desk top and only after a day the microphone wouldn't work and the feedback was a garbled robotic voice. Unable to use them. Do not purchase if planning on using with desktop.
