[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put off getting this for over a year due to the mixed reviews, but there was a sale I couldn't pass up. So glad I got it. I absolutely love it. I docked a star, because the reviews are true which talk about the underpowered water spray. We want more water, Hoover! But, one can just hold it longer to get the water they want - just takes a tiny bit more time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this on indoor carpets, upholstery and in dirty car floors and seats. The liquid solution tank holds plenty of cleaner and the waste tank is easy to empty, clean, and dry. The overall design and layout are good for flat surfaces, however it gets in its own way when trying to work in a small space like a car. The smaller attachment helps, but the vacuum seems like it would be more effective if it were stronger. There's a decent amount of cleaning fluid left behind even after several passes with the suction. I've been using it with a shop-vac for better results to more thoroughly remove excess fluids after cleaning.

This is a mighty little machine. Great cleaning power and excellent suction. The Clean Slate worked very well but what I was pleasantly surprised by was the thought and care Hoover took into consideration when emptying and cleaning the machine. All the parts can be disassembled to clean and there is even a tool included to rinse the hose! I'm so happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spot cleaner comes with all the features we were looking for to clean up high-traffic carpet and rug areas. It comes apart for easy cleaning, and it well-designed with function in mind. Here is a reminder to REALLY vacuum before using. It's inevitable that dog hair will be vacuumed up, it just make it trickier to clean this machine. I fear there's permanent dog hair in the hose, even with the self-cleaning feature.

Let me just start with the fact that I never write reviews. However I felt I just had to with this little miracle machine. We live on a large ranch along with 6 rescue shitzus. We just rescued a yorkie. Sweetest little girl but yorkies are notoriously hard to potty train. This is the best thing ever!!!! I'm so appreciative and thankful. Powerful suction and super easy to use. Makes the carpets look new. Thank you 1000 times thank you !!!!
