Not as much suction power as I expected

I was so excited to put this spot cleaner to use. I did a lot of research before purchasing the Cleanslate. I expected more suction power, it leaves the cleaned area much wetter than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and lightweight. Found FYI solution with warm water, Dawn and rubbing alcohol to use on carpets and upholstery. Good suction, but the spayer doesn't hold a consistent flow, it occasionally drips from the nozzle, I returned it and purchased another brand that weighs a bit more and has both good suction and wide span consistent spray nozzle.

Leaks like crazy, poor instructions, poor support

The instructions that come with this are very poor. They lack details and clarity. On my first use, the water leaked out as soon as the tank was in place and made the proper snapping sound. The troubleshooting section of the instructions offers no advice; it just says to re-read the slim instructions that don't cover this. I go online, but it sends you to the basics. I try the chat, but it doesn't work. I try the phone number and it says to try online. ARRRRGGGGHHHH
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had had our furniture cleaned by a professional service and they could not get the stains out of our 2 year old cream performance linen sectional sofa. My sister-in-law was visiting and said her daughter uses this Hoover to clean up after her dog and loves it, but uses Dawn dish soap as a milder cleaning agent. I thought I'd give it a try since my latest quote from another company for the sofa and 6 dining chairs was over $300. It was like magic! The sofa looks new again! Yes, it took hours of cleaning and recleaning, but that will not be case as we can now stay on top of any stains that occur. The white performance linen dining chairs look fabulous also. A great investment for great results. Highly recommend!

Ok, so owned both Bissell products that perform the same way which were horrible, leaked no suction couldn't clean the head - I am impressed with this machine it gives me all I need and more with no issues-I read people complaining about how much or little it held but I would rather have a machine that works and who cares if I have to stop and add more cleaning solution and empty the tank. Easy to clean and I can clean the heads! What more could I ask? I actually hope this machine lasts because I do like it

Worked fine the first time, then the water dispenser died

Used it to clean a very dirty couch made from cotton upholstery, and it did a very nice job. the 2nd time I tried to use it, the water dispenser didn't work. It made sounds, but no water. Very frustrating
