Quit after two uses

I have only used this cleaner twice and already it has stopped dispensing the water. So now if I need to use it, I have to dump the water on the floor and then suck it up. 😡

Another broken hose

Purchased this product because my older dog was having bladder issues. Like others have stated after less than 20 uses the hose broke at the handle. However with some duct tape I was able to keep using. Now after sitting idle for several months and the water won’t spray out making it useless. I have had other Hoover products that have lasted 10-20 years so I was surprised with the poor quality of this product. I would not recommend this product.

Bought this and the spray never worked. I was trying to clean a couch and I filled the tank and the spray never worked. Watched you tube video to try to get it work but it didn’t work

I’ve used this cleaner approximately 10 times, the hose broke within the first 5 or 6 uses. We ended up taping it and it worked well like that, now the machine won’t spray water. For the price, I’m very disappointed in how the product has held up. I believe I needed original proof of purchase which I unfortunately don't have as it was a gift, so I couldn’t claim it under warranty.

Fill tank cap plunger seal missing!

Purchased new and the solution tank cap is missing the plunger seal!
After filling, and turning it over, the solution just pours out because there is no seal to stop it.
Make a huge mess every time.

I have owned this machine for quite some time. I don't use it as much as I would like due to the hose length being so short and the upholstery tool being so large. I would like to be able to clean the inside of my vehicle with it but the upholstery tool is too large to get into the spaces I need to clean the most.Also, it doesn't make cleaning furniture very easy again due to the awkward sized head and the short hose. It has been very frustrating.
