Bought in april,used once and already quit spraying solution quality hoover product as always

Great until now

I've had this about a year, its great for small areas and rugs. I've used it maybe once or twice a month when I regularly clean my stairs. It was great up until now, had to clean up after my cat this morning and as soon as I plug this in it starts making an awful noise and smoking. Had to clean with a brush and solution mix and now my house smells like hot plastic
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There was a chocolate milk spill on the carpet.
We cleaned it in the afternoon with a damp cloth and dapped it dry with tissue.

The carpet looked clean on the surface. Then in the evening I brought the Cleanslate home and tested it. The water came out light brown.
It basically deep cleaned it.

I have not used this product at this time. I purchased this for emergencies. But purchased because I loved the Floormate machine.

Broken sprayer.

I really wanted to like this...

The suction works great don't get me wrong. The suction is 10/10 and sucks up alot of water. However, the sprayer doesn't work or spray and instead just leaks and pours cleaner everywhere. At first I thought it was user error but I think I just got a defective machine... it's a shame really..

Great product but need a part I can't find

Happy with my product. Only complaint is finding some parts. I need the tanks cap that screws in and lets us turn it upside down to attach for using the water and solution to drip into the tank. The website only shows the tank for sale.
I would recommend this to a friend!
