Great for busy families

I have a puppy and two messy boys, so I have tried just about all of the spot cleaners. The this that sets this one apart the most for me is that the dirty tank doesn't leak when you pull it out of the machine and is larger than most others. Overall, does a great job removing stains of all kinds and is very easy to use! I would highly recommend this product especially for a busy home with pets and children.

Easy to Use and Removes Stains Completly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner works AMAZINGLY! Let me start by saying the cleaner is very light and easy to carry from place to place in the house. The attachments fit onto the machine, so everything stays organized. It has a long cord as well. I have 2 dogs and a cat in the house, and my older dog sometimes has accidents in the house. The pee stain I used the cleaner on first was one that was "set in". I had tried using spot cleaning sprays that you leave on for a few minutes and then scrub, and even an upright carpet cleaner and the stain still came back time and time again. I used the cleaning solution that came with the cleaner. It is a ratio of .5 oz solution to about 3 cups of water (there is a fill line on the solution tank) for a small area. I used the rubber head attachment for this stain. This is where ease of use comes in. You pull a "trigger" that releases solution onto your stain, once you have the stain saturated, you release the trigger and pull the cleaning head over the area. I was horrified at the amount of nastiness that came out of the spot especially considering it had been cleaned before. I only used about half of the small area solution for about a 2x2 foot area. Once I got the stain up, I used the hose cleaning tool to get all the gunk out of the hose. It is very easy to use and makes for easy cleanup. The only complaint I had about it was that not all the dog hair came out of the top of the hose, so I had to get a paper towel to get that out, but nothing major (see picture). All the parts remove to wash, and I let them air dry before attaching them back to the machine. I was VERY pleased with this machine and the cleaning power it had to be so small. It is not overly loud or complicated to use. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone who has pets in the home.

Great cleaner just like the large size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the big upright version of this for large rooms and this one is the best for small areas that need spot cleaning. We have 2 dogs, a cat and a toddler so little spills or stains happen often and this was easy to use to clean them quickly. Easy to use and cleans well is just what I need for our busy household.

Best spot remover ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived just in time, my dog had an upset tiny and I had a few spots to remove. After scrubbing the spots and then not coming out I gave this bad boy a try. It took less then a minute and it's like the spot was never there. I even tried it on some older spots that where in my carpet from before we moved in and they are now gone too. This is a miracle machine, you don't even need pets to have it works on any spot on your carpet. Very easy to fill and clean out, light weight and easier used in small spaces. Can use in larger spaces too you will just need to fill it more often. The spray button is wonderfully positioned under the handle and depending on how far away you hold it from the surface is how wide the spray is. On one tank I cleaned 2 large areas and 4 small spots.

I had an old chair where my dog and kids just put their paws on there with food or dirt on their hands lol and it cleaned it like new! I LOVE it SOOO MUCH! I 100000% recommend!! Took all the old stains that were on there nice and hood took them completely off!

My dog recently had an accident and I pulled this out of the closet and it instantly did its job. No stain left behind definitely better than my bulky carpet machine. This is easy to store. Would recommend!

I'm even planning on buying one as a gift for my mother ! my couch has been through 2 big moves (1 in a uhaul, and 1 in the back of a truck), I have a messy pre teen and 2 dogs. I was grossed out when I seen how dirt the couches were ! My Pros are that it cleans a lot for a little machine, don't take up much space, I like that you don't have to empty the tank each time you fill it during use, and it is easy to carry. Cons is that it is super loud for me since i have sensitive hearing and i wish the brush was on top so you can flip it to scrub then flip to suck up. My husband is ready for the weather to cool down so he can use it in his truck. #tredr #sponsored
