I bought the device 1 year ago and used it 3 times to clean stains on my sofa. The device stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it makes strange noises and left the sofa half-finished.Terrible, a very poor quality product and they have disappointing customer service, although they are very quick to receive purchase orders. Very disappointed.

Not working after one use

Used it once on a simple small spot, worked great. Went to use it again and it will not spray out the water/soap solution. There is no clog, no disconnect, so the issue seems to be with the pump mechanism. Pretty disappointed and upset that my money was wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this machine to have something small and portable to clean up pet messes. It worked great at first, the suction is amazing. But after a few weeks, the trigger switch for the solution to come out sticks in. So now when I use it, I have to mess with it to release the trigger. Then, yesterday when I used it, there was no suction and I noticed the hose had a split in it. So after a little over a month and a half I cannot use machine. The design and materials used on this is horrible. Would not buy this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
