[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Hoover Cleanslate Pet Spot Cleaner. Its so handy to have when you have pets. It's so easy to use and you can take it anywhere. When you need to use it just pull it out, fill it with your cleaner and clean whatever spot up that you need cleaned. It takes no time at all. We use it and love it. It's perfect for any small spot and works very well. We have recommended it to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a lot of different shampooers. I've used the big carpet ones down to the small ones for the car. This one is very nice. Very easy to use and very easy to clean up after. I'm very impressed with the cleaning of this shampooer. Although you have to go over the spot a few different times to get the stains out. I would recommend this product to other people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So thankful to have received this Hoover CleanSlate spot cleaner! So, in return...give my honest thoughts on it. At the moment, I had no pet stain to remove or clean(I did last Month when kittens unknowingly arrived!-Handled that through too many means of cleaners &sprays...*exhausting!)...But, had marker all over my 9year old's (He doesn't know how it got there! LOL) Serta mattress lol...tried cleaning it with sprays etc. Stain stayed...So, I let it go...boys will be boys....until, I received this lol. Mama, on a "Mission"...it came w. A 6 fl oz Hoover Oxy Permanent Stain Removal & Hoover Clean Complens Scent booster (2oz). Happy for that, because on my list was to get what was needed to use the item. Anyway, long story short...it got the red marker out of my son's mattress and it smells lovely...Unlike the usual crayon and toot smell! Lol. Definitely recommend and really happy to be picked to test and keep the CLEANSLATE❤ *my only incentive, is being able to keep the item❤

My one pup is pretty naughty when it comes to going potty inside & it was such a hassle before to drag out the big ole shampoo machine! This fella is nice sized but very portable and easy to handle!

Removes old set in stains fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner, was above and beyond my expectations! It is the best portable pet spot cleaner on the market, in my opinion. It has amazing suction. To my surprise, I did not have to scrub old set in oil stains on an area rug, as I had expected I would have to. The OXY Concentrate that came included with the Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner, is awesome on old set in stains!!! The water tank is just the right size for the units portability and the 7" wide cleaning tool is the just about the perfect size for cleaning both small spots and larger areas. The hose rinse tool is so awesome! It's what every pet cleaner needs! It cleans the attached hose, without having to remove it from the unit. This is a very easy cleaner to use, as well as to take apart to fill/ clean the tanks. Between the suction of the Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner and the hose rinse tool, I highly recommend this portable pet spot cleaner! My only wish is that it had a longer hose, or that one will be made available to purchase. Also, it would be nice if there were places to put the attachments on the unit. Even with my wishes made known, I give a five out of five star rating.

Good vs bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: 1) clean specific areas (I have a problem of increasing the cleaning size with most machines because I can't see where I'm cleaning exactly) 2) holds alot of liquid so your not constantly having to empty it 3) plugs in so it's never dead (but it's also a con) 4) attachments for smaller or bigger sizes cleaning areas 5) can be precise on where your putting the cleaning solution 6) great suction power and the cleaning tool is clear so you can see how dirty and when you've gotten all the water/cleaning solution up 7) easy to do strars 8) light weight (about 10lbs without anything in it) Cons: 1) no spinning bristle so you have to use the bristles on the hose pieces and man power 2) the amount of bristles your cleaning with is very minimal so a spinning attachment to clean the carpet would be nice 3) not rechargeable so you have to unplug it if you need to go to a different room (not necessarily a con because it's never dead) Ultimately my pros outweigh my cons. It did get up dirt, pet urine and whatever else might of been on the carpet but it didn't clean it perfectly. I still see a dark area. I'm pretty sure it's because the size of the cleaning tool is basically small and I'm not cleaning as good as a rotating brush would be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
