[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spot Cleaner works very well. We had several urine spots from our two dogs. The CleanSlate Pet Carpet spot cleaner mad the clean up job much easier, even though toe stains had been on the carpet for a few months. My only complaint is that the hose seemed too short making turning the unit around to shine the light on the unit difficult to use and clean at the same time. Clean up of the equipment was easy and the instructions were clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hose Broke After 5 Months

I'm really like Hoover's Pet Spot cleaner, HOWEVER, considering the price I paid and how frequently I've used it, the hose shouldn't have already broken (within the first 5 months of ownership). I'm extremely disappointed with the product's quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a cat who likes to barf under my bed, and a new puppy, and let me tell you, this thing is GREAT! It took up old spots, new spots, and even cleaned my upholstered storage bench. It's powerful, quick and easy to use and lightweight/portable. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is sometimes the trigger that sprays the solution gets stuck and I end up spraying extra solution all over the place. But as stated, it's easy to suck up! Really does a great job, and it's definitely worth the money. I should be getting my deposit back this time!!

It got rid of all the stains and my furniture looks brand new after 15 years of not cleaning it. I definitely recommend this product
