[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this carpet cleaner 4 times since I received it. I have 2 Furbabies and one of them over eats .. and I get to clean up the mess.. I do own a much bigger carpet cleaner.. however this one is much easier to access and clean up small mishaps & messes , I'm overall very happy with this carpet cleaner.. it's quick and convenient. No need to haul my bigger carpet every time I need to clean up accidents

I already have a hover upright cleaner so this was a great add-on for smaller areas. Iv'e used it several times on chairs, my vehicle seats and spot treatments on the carpet. It works great. The hose cleaner attachment is a nice idea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to receive this but so sad when I used it and the sprayer wouldn't spray the water properly but more like heavy drips instead of a steady spray. I really had high hopes for this smaller sized steam cleaner. So sad! I have, however, owned several other Hoover products and this is the first time have had any issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is easy to use, cleans better than any other product I have used/bought, and is priced reasonably. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have used it to spot clean our mattresses, couches, and carpets. On all 3 surfaces the equipment held up and worked!! I am a mom of three boys and one yorkie dog. This products WORKS!! #sweepstakes
