The product no longer works the solution will no longer come out the noozle no matter what trouble shooting steps I try. Will never buy another hoover product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The videos that are all over Instagram do not show reality. The spray sprays a tiny bit of water and you would have to dump the endure bucked of water on the spot to have all of that water sucked up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated by the packaging and the various pieces but at the end of the day, it was very easy to assemble and I was able to get it up and running quickly to clean several areas of carpets in my apt. I realized quickly that you really need to apply a lot of liquid from the device onto the carper before you start scrubbing and eventually sucking up the water. My return water was very dark. I didn't realize how dirty the area of the carpet was until after I cleaned. I have shag carpet so it was a bit harder than otherwise to get down into the fibers and clean. It took some time but it works on shag carpet for sure. Very happy with my purchase and happy that I will be able to get the spots and dirty areas out of my carpet easily now.
