[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for some area rugs that our pets soiled. Also using on auto upholstery. Let's start by saying read instructions as that will help. I use hot water and it makes a difference on sticky messes. This little machine really sucks but in a good way, The only bad thing is for me the tools wish there was a mid-size. as the wide one does not work on auto seats very well but still give 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is zero suction. I don't understand this products purpose. It's just a scrub brush. It does not rinse the solution out, it does not suction any solution or moisture up. It just scrubs.
