[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first experience in buying a cleaner of any kind and I was really happy. It cleans my stairs really well and I loved the fragrance even after a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No leaks, cleans carpet well, feels well built. All in all great for spot cleaning after a pet accident.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it vaccuumed really well on my new carpet to remove the smell. It also removed dog urine and poop really nicely and effortlessly. I usually pour disinfectant/urine destroyer/fragrant cleaner into the reservoir and it does wonders. Great item thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to clean my steps and wanted a smaller sized carpet cleaner. This took me a little time to figure out how to spray the cleaner. Once I got the hang of it, it was awesome. Between the solution, scrubbing and suction my steps look great!! I'm glad that I chose this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine, easy to use, does an excellent job of cleaning. We are a family of 2 cats and two dogs. I use this Hoover to clean my couch, or to clean my area rugs, great machine to clean carpet areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found some stains on my couch. I'm not sure what they were from or how long they have been there. The stains came out with zero effort. I'm very pleased with my Christmas gift.
