[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this product has performed to my expectation. The one design change I suggest would be to make the spray nozzle where it releases the cleaning solution, release closer to the suction nozzle like a professional cleaning system. Currently it releases the spray to far back or away from the main nozzle causing some concern when trying to get the liquid to the proper area for a good cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to avoid paying someone an outrageous fee to detail my car. Although it removed a disgusting amount of filth, the seats were extremely gross to begin with and I had to disassemble the end of the unit to get into the crevices properly and even then it could have done a better job removing the filthy water. There was only 1/3 in the out tank opposed to the amount of water I used from the clean tank. I'd have also preferred a motorized scrubbing head rather than the upholstery head the unit came with. Even for cleaning spots on the carpet or a couch a motorized head would be a huge plus. This is really nothing more than a glorified spray bottle and wet vac would have been a much cheaper alternative.

Never knew I needed one of these until now

This was a lifesaver for a terrible pet mess!! I usually start with water and then use a cleaner and a thousand paper towels and cloth rags in my normal process of cleaning a carpet mess. But I can't believe I've put off so long getting one of these. This thing worked like MAGIC on the very dark colored doggie diarrhea I needed to clean up. It is completely gone and the Clean Slate Carpet Spot Cleaner is my new best friend. So easy to use even for easy everyday spills! And the hose rinse tool works so easily to clean the Hoover back up like new after each job. This thing is the best!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use on carpets for pet clean-up, and small spills. Good suction and amazingly quiet! Better than expected. Design could have been better for coiling-up the electrical cord; kind-of dangles from the unit. Haven't tried on furniture yet. Believe there could have been smaller 4" spray/suction wand for furniture applications. Other than some minor design flaws it's very easy to use and is not for big projects as it only holds about a quart of cleaning solution. But is adequate for most tasks and isn't difficult to empty suction (dirty solution), tank reservoir.
