[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the machine, it works great, easy to use and does exactly what its supposed to by sucking up all the unwanted fluid. The tools on the machine are great, they work really well. I should have tested a small spot on the carpet first but every other carpet stain remover never left the carpet bleached. The OXY formula did leave a bleach spot on the carpet. I bought the Resolve carpet solution for carpet machines instead and it did not leave a bleach spot on the carpet.
