I love this product. The suction is good as long as it is held properly. There is no leakage as long as you stay within the maximum water level. The scrubbing bristles are very firm. It is lightweight. It does everything I wanted. I recommend not trying to stretch the hose. Just move the clean slate closer to the area being cleaned. It worked so well on the dirty area, I had to clean the rest of my area rug. Now it looks new after not being shampooed since buying it 5 years ago. Thank you Hoover.

Ok, so owned both Bissell products that perform the same way which were horrible, leaked no suction couldn't clean the head - I am impressed with this machine it gives me all I need and more with no issues-I read people complaining about how much or little it held but I would rather have a machine that works and who cares if I have to stop and add more cleaning solution and empty the tank. Easy to clean and I can clean the heads! What more could I ask? I actually hope this machine lasts because I do like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs and occasionally, there's an accident. I have a big carpet cleaner and always had to pull this out. Now, I pull this little guy out and clean up the mess! So easy and thorough
