Works well, but has some flaws

It cleans as it should. But the dirty tank does not hold the same amount t of liquid as the clean tank. So before you use up all of the clean liquid, you have to stop and empty it. Very annoying. And, the top of the dirty tank is not easy to remove. U

Works/worked Great until Lid broke

Used a few dozen times, always worked great, but with the routine cleaning tasks the tab on the clear plastic lid on the 7" brush snapped off and I can't find anywhere to replace it. Using duct tape in a janky manner to keep it alive but pretty disappointed I can find a replacement for nearly everything else except for the most touched component.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought and used only for a few stains. Did decent ( not great ) by the 4th use it LEAKS EVERYWHERE when I fill the tank. Cleaner and water everywhere leading to more clean. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

I like the way it performs. I use at least2-3x/wk, but every machine has a hose that eventually splits open. Can't replace hose because of way it is constructed ((part of main unit; not detachable). I think house becomes brittle after a few months.

Would not buy again

After using only 3 times the vacuum hose broke. Tried to order a replacement for a 3rd of the cost of the machine and sold out. That tells me that it must be a known issue.

Awesome.........when it works!

I have two dogs and two kids and bought the Hoover clean slate to clean up occasional accidents from the dogs and particularly dirty spots on rugs. When I first used it, it did a great job cleaning up the messes with little residue although the wand was leaking water somewhat was able to manage it. I haven't used it for a couple of months and now it will not spray at all, which is super frustrating, which is why I gave it three stars. It's very lightweight and convenient to move from room to room, but I do think that the sprayer has been an issue with a number of other reviews and Hoover should do more work to ensure that they are selling a quality product that is reliable.

I bought this device after seeing its advertisement on YouTube (CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner) I have 1 dog and a cat, I usually clean my sofa every 3 months, I bought the machine on November 11th of last year, that is, this would be the fourth time I have used it, while I was using the device, it stopped working, it stopped, and it did not turn on again, the motor makes strange noises, and it does not suck, I would like help as soon as possible, just like they do to sell, today is Sunday, and if you want to buy the (Call your action) there is an excellent sales strategy, but the customer service is terrible, I was attended by a chat bot that I have also entered the serial number 20 times and it always tells me that it is wrong. Terrible Product Worthless

I bought the device 1 year ago and used it 3 times to clean stains on my sofa. The device stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it makes strange noises and left the sofa half-finished.Terrible, a very poor quality product and they have disappointing customer service, although they are very quick to receive purchase orders. Very disappointed.
