Awesome.........when it works!

I have two dogs and two kids and bought the Hoover clean slate to clean up occasional accidents from the dogs and particularly dirty spots on rugs. When I first used it, it did a great job cleaning up the messes with little residue although the wand was leaking water somewhat was able to manage it. I haven't used it for a couple of months and now it will not spray at all, which is super frustrating, which is why I gave it three stars. It's very lightweight and convenient to move from room to room, but I do think that the sprayer has been an issue with a number of other reviews and Hoover should do more work to ensure that they are selling a quality product that is reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Product Worthless

I bought the device 1 year ago and used it 3 times to clean stains on my sofa. The device stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it makes strange noises and left the sofa half-finished.Terrible, a very poor quality product and they have disappointing customer service, although they are very quick to receive purchase orders. Very disappointed.

I bought this device after seeing its advertisement on YouTube (CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner) I have 1 dog and a cat, I usually clean my sofa every 3 months, I bought the machine on November 11th of last year, that is, this would be the fourth time I have used it, while I was using the device, it stopped working, it stopped, and it did not turn on again, the motor makes strange noises, and it does not suck, I would like help as soon as possible, just like they do to sell, today is Sunday, and if you want to buy the (Call your action) there is an excellent sales strategy, but the customer service is terrible, I was attended by a chat bot that I have also entered the serial number 20 times and it always tells me that it is wrong. This was purchased for me as a gift in 2022, it randomly stopped working a year later so Hoover sent me a replacement. Well, it's been another year and the hose has completely ripped open. All I use this for is cleaning my couch and small messes. Absolutely NO reason it should completely RIP. This product is cheaply made and I will NEVER buy from Hoover. Ever. Don't waste your money.

Excellent cleaner

My stairs to the basement were a complete mess due to me tracking up dirt from the garage. I use this product and it did a great job on my steps as seen by the photos below (before and after)

I saw this cleaner on a video by "ChrisFix" on YouTube. He was right about this extractor vac. I bought it with the intentions of cleaning the interior of my vehicle, but just had to christen it when my dog threw up on our living room rug. Yipee... Well, the results were definitely better than I was expecting. I don't know why I wasn't expecting spectacular, but that's exactly what I got. My wife is ocd and she'll usually find something to complain about, but she said "I'm good with that". I'm glad, because I was done playing with my toy and I put it away I'll be detailing the vehicles soon and I'm confident it'll perform flawlessly. The rubbery finger attachment is the only one I used, and It did a great job on the rug. I was also overly excited about the hose self cleaning tool. I literally started wondering how I was going to clean the inside of the hose when I saw the hose self cleaning tool, conveniently nestled on the top of the main unit. Loved that feature! The solution tank and waste tank were easy to use and easy to clean. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bad deal

Motor jammed on third use. Loud clunk then windings scream and motors dies in a cloud of yuk. Absolute garbage. Vet mad - died just after warranty ended of course. I work hard, tried to present a nice gift, but this created much more hassle and stress.
