I use this all the time and love it. My puppy went potty on the carpet and it came right up no smell at all. I spilled chocolate milk...stain came up right away. You can't even tell it was there at all. Love, love, love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After an exhaustive search, I decided to give this vacuum a try and it's been the best decision ever. After a few months, the seats of my dining table were looking awful due to the kids but they weren't a problem for this vacuum. The same happened to my sofas. Easy to set up and use, practical size easy to handle can be used for any purpose inside the house or the automobile.

I have used the product for your typical cleaning of spills, pet messes and the like. The hose split open in two places within 3 months of owning it. You do not offer the option for a replacement hose and when I tried to use your "chat with an expert" it would send me into a loop with a pop up to pick a generic topic. It cleans well, but again, unless you made it to replace the hose, it is junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
