[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I had a Bissel like this and it was horrible, it would leak, or too much fluid and leak out of the head - so I made the switch and have no regrets. I am a clean freak and need to clean everything, I did my couch, chair and loveseat I was impressed that it didn't soak the cushions but actually got them cleaned - I was impressed with the suction it took no time for everything to dry - yes, you have to fill and empty it more often but who cares if the job gets done correctly

While I can still see a slight stain it took most of it off. I will retreat soon and see if that takes care of it. Price was fair.
