I have two chihuahuas and with one getting older we're having alot more accidents on the carpet. This cleaner has been a lifesaver and works really well on my carpet and its super simple to use. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone with older dogs.

Super easy to setup and use. It's the perfect size for an apartment to clean up my dogs messes and works good for a variety of puddles.

I like the way it performs. I use at least2-3x/wk, but every machine has a hose that eventually splits open. Can't replace hose because of way it is constructed ((part of main unit; not detachable). I think house becomes brittle after a few months.

It is ideal for accidents such as food or drink spills, urine/vomiting, crayon/marker spot,: you name it! It definitely beats dragging around a large clunky shampooer when you only needs to clean one general area. Each time I have used it, its taken the stains completely out. The cleaner that comes with it smells amazing! Its super easy to use, light weight, and quiet. I highly recommend!

I have a puppy and two messy boys, so I have tried just about all of the spot cleaners. The this that sets this one apart the most for me is that the dirty tank doesn't leak when you pull it out of the machine and is larger than most others. Overall, does a great job removing stains of all kinds and is very easy to use! I would highly recommend this product especially for a busy home with pets and children.

It is so much more compact and much easier to handle. The size makes it perfect for storage. I was even able to clean my carpet with it. I was so amazed with how easy it was to use and the fact that I was able to store it without taking up a lot of closet space. I have already recommended this to all my friends and family. Especially the ones with a pet.
