[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wish you would include a one size smaller cleaning head...maybe 3 inches. The crevice tool is great but takes longer to use. Otherwise I live this thing.oh, and maybe a larger capacity waste water tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spot cleaner comes with all the features we were looking for to clean up high-traffic carpet and rug areas. It comes apart for easy cleaning, and it well-designed with function in mind. Here is a reminder to REALLY vacuum before using. It's inevitable that dog hair will be vacuumed up, it just make it trickier to clean this machine. I fear there's permanent dog hair in the hose, even with the self-cleaning feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this on indoor carpets, upholstery and in dirty car floors and seats. The liquid solution tank holds plenty of cleaner and the waste tank is easy to empty, clean, and dry. The overall design and layout are good for flat surfaces, however it gets in its own way when trying to work in a small space like a car. The smaller attachment helps, but the vacuum seems like it would be more effective if it were stronger. There's a decent amount of cleaning fluid left behind even after several passes with the suction. I've been using it with a shop-vac for better results to more thoroughly remove excess fluids after cleaning.
