I couldn't decide which spot cleaner to purchase, it was in between this one and the Bissell cleaner. I'm glad I chose Hoover. It's so light weight, doesn't take up much room, and leaves everything spotless.

Great on vehicle carpets, upholstery and headrests. Cleaners that came with the Hoover smell good too. Definitely recommend and like the extra cleaning products that came with it.

This product is easy to assemble and easy to use. The cord is long enough to get me wherever I need to clean. The only downside I saw when using it was how loud it is. I recommend using headphones!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall, its a good extractor, BUT, I believe my water pump isnt working like it should, I get basically water dripping out, not an atomized spray like Im used to in a carpet extractor. I will call service and see whats up! It vacs up the water very well!
