Great for my small condo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a small condo and most of my floors are hard. This portable spot cleaner is perfect for my carpeted floors and rugs. Especially with two cats who often make various messes while seeming to always miss the hard floors! This is much better for my small space than a large carpet cleaner. It was easy to figure out and get set up and it came with solution to clean with. I was also impressed with how many attachments it came with but am disappointed that one doesn't seem to have a place to attach. Great quality, lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store! Great product!

After using only 3 times the vacuum hose broke. Tried to order a replacement for a 3rd of the cost of the machine and sold out. That tells me that it must be a known issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While I do like the convenience of the handheld battery chargeable pet spot cleaner by Bissell. This Hoover cleanslate pet spot cleaner has so much suction that even areas I thought were clean, had dirt and dog hair come up with this machine. This is a machine I would recommend to my family, friends, and to anyone reading this. I also enjoy the hose cleaning incorporated into this machine. One of my favorite pet spot cleaners to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we have always used another leading brand when it comes to spot cleaners. I never thought of Hoover when it came to carpet cleaning. I was worried at first when I saw the rubber brush vs bristles but was amazed. It did not snag or tear the carpet and actually broke up the dirt better. I also didn't have to deal with the pet hair and grime that collects on the bristle brushes that just pushes the dirt around. I used the clean slate on just one stair where my dog always lays. I had no clue how dirty the stairs were! Just one little section and the water was filthy. As for use of the machine. It was easy to fill and clean. Our last machine was so difficult to clean the reservoir completely. The machine is louder than anticipated but all carpet cleaners are noisy. Even my husband was surprised that this blew the other brand away. FYI. He bought me the last spot cleaner as a gift a few years ago. And he prefers the clean slate now. I do wish the cord was a little bit longer but it's not a make or break.

I bought this device after seeing its advertisement on YouTube (CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner) I have 1 dog and a cat, I usually clean my sofa every 3 months, I bought the machine on November 11th of last year, that is, this would be the fourth time I have used it, while I was using the device, it stopped working, it stopped, and it did not turn on again, the motor makes strange noises, and it does not suck, I would like help as soon as possible, just like they do to sell, today is Sunday, and if you want to buy the (Call your action) there is an excellent sales strategy, but the customer service is terrible, I was attended by a chat bot that I have also entered the serial number 20 times and it always tells me that it is wrong.
