This product is easy to use, cleans better than any other product I have used/bought, and is priced reasonably. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have used it to spot clean our mattresses, couches, and carpets. On all 3 surfaces the equipment held up and worked!! I am a mom of three boys and one yorkie dog. This products WORKS!!

I do own a much bigger carpet cleaner.. however this one is much easier to access and clean up small mishaps & messes , I'm overall very happy with this carpet cleaner.. it's quick and convenient. No need to haul my bigger carpet every time I need to clean up accidents
