[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase I have made all year... amazing little cleaning machine and best price for your bang... I was surprised at just how good this handled worked on everything from hardwood floors to tile to upholstery in my car.... I would definitely be buying more Hoover products and telling everyone to buy Hoover products from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hoover sent this machine via FedEx, which is the WORST shipper in the U.S. They lied and mislead me regarding status of the shipment. To this date, I have NOT received the product.

Hose tore after less than one year

I was initially happy with my purchase, but after using it to clean up after my pets for less than one year, the hose tore near the sprayer. I did notice the hose itself was becoming more rigid over time, so I was not totally surprised by the hose tearing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible product. Do not buy.

The Hoover CleanSlate Portable Carpet Cleaner did absolutely nothing for my carpet. It did not clean my carpet nor did it remove any stains. Horrible product. ITS GARBAGE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY. When I called Customer Service, I received a message that they're closed and to call during business hours. I called four times between 1pm-4pm EST (business hrs), and did not reach anyone at all. Because of the horrible product and the poor customer service, I will NEVER purchase a Hoover product again. Since I will not pay $50 out of my own pocket to return it, its going in the garbage. Its so bad that its not worthy of a donation! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many upholstery cleaners and all of them disappointed EXCEPT for this one! This product is easy to use, cleans better than any other product I have used/bought, and is priced reasonably. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have used it to spot clean our mattresses, couches, and carpets. On all 3 surfaces the equipment held up and worked!! I am a mom of three boys and one yorkie dog. This products WORKS!!
