[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman with small hands, I find the handles too large and awkward to use. Too much of a workout to clean a small area. Cleaning ability is mediocre. Don't look forward to bringing it out to use, and I have 2 large dogs so I need it often. Not very happy with this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cleaned doggie diarrhea out of a beige carpet with ZERO stain. I have cleaned a large amount of blue ink out of my grey couch with ZERO stain. And I did both with the most minimal effort, all thanks to my hoover spot cleaner. I will NEVER be without one again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the cleaner based on the advertising, that it will remove spot stains and when I used it my real world experience is that it DID NOT. Don't buy this machine - HOOVER is just lying to us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a few spots and an 8x10 living room rug that needed cleaning. The rug took a while but the rest of the spot cleaning was pretty quick. Great for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this 1 time to clean an ottoman and it worked awesome. Worked perfectly. Excited to use it more
