Cleaning ability is mediocre. Don't look forward to bringing it out to use, and I have 2 large dogs so I need it often. Not very happy with this model.

I have cleaned a large amount of blue ink out of my grey couch with ZERO stain. And I did both with the most minimal effort, all thanks to my hoover spot cleaner. I will NEVER be without one again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the cleaner based on the advertising, that it will remove spot stains and when I used it my real world experience is that it DID NOT. Don't buy this machine - HOOVER is just lying to us.
