I love this machine. My stairs were a mess I should of took a picture, now they look brand new. I love the fact that the tool for the stairs is wide to cover almost the whole the stair, that is what sold me on it in the first place, and it has a corner tool to get into the corners of the stairs. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish the Solution Tank was as big as the recovery tank. So now I will be looking to buy a full size unit to do the rest of my house. I usally like the other brand that starts with a B but I think I will give the full size a try. I am very impressed with this unit.

I used to let stains go until I had enough to justify bringing out the large carpet machine, it would be a day long chore. With this hoover cleanslate pet cleaner I don't need to wait or waste a full day. It's ready to go in minutes, I can quickly pick up the mess and not worry it will take all day. It has good suction so the carpet is not left soaked but only damp. My crew has really put it through the paces and it works consistently each time, removes the staining and leaves a clean damp carpet that dries in a couple hours. I'm impressed and will be an every day user

Cleans stains and does not damage surface. Used on an old stain and got great results. Clean and looks good. The cord is long and it is easy to put away. Compact and easy to store in the closet.
