I would not recommend this product

This machine is great at putting water down, not so great at sucking it up. Chair will most likely take a long time to completely dry out. Water doesn't heat so you're not actually getting a steam cleaned surface. I will be returning it. Not impressed

I saw this cleaner on a video by "ChrisFix" on YouTube. He was right about this extractor vac. I bought it with the intentions of cleaning the interior of my vehicle, but just had to christen it when my dog threw up on our living room rug. Yipee... Well, the results were definitely better than I was expecting. I don't know why I wasn't expecting spectacular, but that's exactly what I got. My wife is ocd and she'll usually find something to complain about, but she said "I'm good with that". I'm glad, because I was done playing with my toy and I put it away I'll be detailing the vehicles soon and I'm confident it'll perform flawlessly. The rubbery finger attachment is the only one I used, and It did a great job on the rug. I was also overly excited about the hose self cleaning tool. I literally started wondering how I was going to clean the inside of the hose when I saw the hose self cleaning tool, conveniently nestled on the top of the main unit. Loved that feature! The solution tank and waste tank were easy to use and easy to clean. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I literally used the machine about 4x. I haven't used it for a while, but I am meticulous about cleaning the machine upon every use. Now, the sprayer will not work. I addressed the Troubleshooting, and nothing has worked. I guess it's going into the garbage, along with my purchase price + tax. There is nothing worse than spending good money on something that only lasts a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received a Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot cleaner in exchange for my honest review and I Love It! I have 3 small inside dogs that seem to create large messes! My dogs are only partially pad trained so there's still a lot of carpet accidents which causes the carpet to smell horrible. I use to think the only way to clean it was professional carpet steam cleaners that cost a fortune that was until I tried the Hoover CleanSlate Pet Spot Cleaner. This carpet cleaner is so easy to use, compact, and lightweight making it so simple to grab and use when you see a spot on the carpet. I love that it comes with multiple attachments that snap on in a breeze so not only can you use it on pet messes it's great for any small messes on carpet, upholstery, mattresses, your vehicle and more. I am so happy with this spot carpet cleaner and would recommend this to anyone with carpet but especially people who have pets and or small children.

Motor jammed on third use. Loud clunk then windings scream and motors dies in a cloud of yuk. Absolute garbage. Vet mad - died just after warranty ended of course. I work hard, tried to present a nice gift, but this created much more hassle and stress.

It was a handheld carpet cleaner. Nothing crazy, and did the job. My main complaint is the reservoir cap broke(sold out must be common), no replacement brushes(but it's removable?), hose broke and totaled it
