I really like the convenient storage for the most used items on the base and the bag included to hold the remainder. It cleaned up a pet mess on a white chair very well... it is no longer visible at all. The suction is pretty good, though it demands good contact with the surface to have any effect. I'm satisfied.

The brushes are strong and didn't damage the sofa spot that I was cleaning but what sold me is the option to be able to wash and rinse the hose. Love it love it love it!
