[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightly sprayed my fabric couch then ran over it at least 5x or more and still was really wet. Just didn't seem to be pulling liquid out. Sent it back. Still haven't heard it was received nor gotten my refund. Buy local in case you have to return. Maybe you'll be able to successfully get your refund.

Our house has hardwood floor but we have a big area rug in the livingroom. I bought this cleaner when we got our English Bulldog. Works great on stains, good suction, get all the mess out of rug, easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Though the carpet was lighter, it seemed only since the surrounding carpet needs cleaning. Very please with all the tools and the compactness of the machine

I'm glad I have such a great selection of tools, you never know when you might need one having a dog in the home. Overall quite happy with the Cleanslate Plus. Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an extremely convenient size and I am happy with how it gets filled and emptied. It's a weight I can manage without much trouble. I really like the convenient storage for the most used items on the base and the bag included to hold the remainder. It cleaned up a pet mess on a white chair very well... it is no longer visible at all. The suction is pretty good, though it demands good contact with the surface to have any effect. I'm satisfied.
