[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well, only issue I have is the sprayer part. It doesn't spray well at all it's more like a stream here and there and not a misting. But it has great suction. So we ended up having to saturate because of the sprayer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated by the packaging and the various pieces but at the end of the day, it was very easy to assemble and I was able to get it up and running quickly to clean several areas of carpets in my apt. I realized quickly that you really need to apply a lot of liquid from the device onto the carper before you start scrubbing and eventually sucking up the water. My return water was very dark. I didn't realize how dirty the area of the carpet was until after I cleaned. I have shag carpet so it was a bit harder than otherwise to get down into the fibers and clean. It took some time but it works on shag carpet for sure. Very happy with my purchase and happy that I will be able to get the spots and dirty areas out of my carpet easily now.

This device has helped our family so much by saving money, and it's easy to use. Best thing is the carpet is cleaned and there's no longer any odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightly sprayed my fabric couch then ran over it at least 5x or more and still was really wet. Just didn't seem to be pulling liquid out. Sent it back. Still haven't heard it was received nor gotten my refund. Buy local in case you have to return. Maybe you'll be able to successfully get your refund.

Our house has hardwood floor but we have a big area rug in the livingroom. I bought this cleaner when we got our English Bulldog. Works great on stains, good suction, get all the mess out of rug, easy to clean.
