This thing never worked once after its purchase. Complete waste. The water and soap dripped slowly and slightly at first and never dispensed from the sprayer. The suction was as inept, would suck up some water then bubble then just stopped. Since i purchased this before i had a baby, i had no time to return it within its 30 day window. So, stuck with this big waste of space... Guess you get what you pay for...will never give Hoover another try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nothing but problems since i bought

right away the hosed ripped on me, since i didnt have the money to fix or buy a new unit i had to use silicon tape and it worked until the next problem happened....now when i press the power button it wont stay on. im over it this was the worst investment i made no joke.

I bought my little Hoover spot cleaner in August. I was super excited about it but I am not even a month later the sprayer thing broke. so I'm very disappointed kind of not sure if I'm going to buy another Hoover again and I couldn't find my receipt to take it back. I really liked my big carpet cleaner one so that's why I have it went with the spot cleaner with Hoover but now I am even starting to have problems with my big Hoover so I might be switching to another brand.

My life is forever changed! I just got my order and used it right away. We have a small dog with a small bladder, who marked her favorite spot on the area rug. I can't tell you how many times I've replaced it. No more! Just ONE pass and the stain is almost gone. It's been there for a while; I wasn't even sure it would budge but WOW WOW WOW!

I usually pour disinfectant/urine destroyer/fragrant cleaner into the reservoir and it does wonders. Great item thus far.
