Loved it until I found out I can't replace the hose.

We've only had this for a year. And now there's a rip in the hose line. Found out there's no way to replace it. Waste of money.

Very sad

I bought my little Hoover spot cleaner in August. I was super excited about it but I am not even a month later the sprayer thing broke. so I'm very disappointed kind of not sure if I'm going to buy another Hoover again and I couldn't find my receipt to take it back. I really liked my big carpet cleaner one so that's why I have it went with the spot cleaner with Hoover but now I am even starting to have problems with my big Hoover so I might be switching to another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saved my stairway!

My two year old found two bottles of craft paint somewhere and poured them out at the top of the stairs. I was just utterly frozen as what to do. Surely paint wasn't going to come out. I worked quickly and patiently went over and over and over the spot. Pleased to say, you can't even tell! Amazing job! Amazing machine. Super happy I have one.

This thing never worked once after its purchase. Complete waste. The water and soap dripped slowly and slightly at first and never dispensed from the sprayer. The suction was as inept, would suck up some water then bubble then just stopped. Since i purchased this before i had a baby, i had no time to return it within its 30 day window. So, stuck with this big waste of space... Guess you get what you pay for...will never give Hoover another try.

The worst mess was left from my dog who threw up grass while I was at work. It sat on a wool rug for six hours probably. It was stained a little bit green. After using the clean slate, and much to my surprise, everything dried and was spotless. #sweepstakes
