Worked fine the first time, then the water dispenser died

Used it to clean a very dirty couch made from cotton upholstery, and it did a very nice job. the 2nd time I tried to use it, the water dispenser didn't work. It made sounds, but no water. Very frustrating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Hoover spotless messed up after 1.5 years. Hoover customer support was AMAZING & so easy to work with!! They replaced mine so quickly with the clean slate and I LOVE this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after one use- don't buy it.

Device stopped spraying water after one use. Did multiple checks on common issues, and none solved the problem. Don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our mini carpet cleaner! It's so easy to use and does a bang up job! Our cat has hyperthyroidism and he vomits... His meds are finally getting that under control though. Clean up with this machine was so much easier than getting our big carpet cleaner out. And, it did a great job on my recliner!!! Love it!

It was a handheld carpet cleaner. Nothing crazy, and did the job. My main complaint is the reservoir cap broke(sold out must be common), no replacement brushes(but it's removable?), hose broke and totaled it
