[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this. I have used it twice to clean up carpet spots and it has done a fantastic job. It has exceeded my expectations. The worst mess was left from my dog who threw up grass while I was at work. It sat on a wool rug for six hours probably. It was stained a little bit green. After using the clean slate, and much to my surprise, everything dried and was spotless. #sweepstakes

Stopped spraying water

Only used a few times before it stopped spraying. Looked up and tried all the trouble shooting and nothing worked. I have a practically new machine that I can't even use. The few times I did use it was pretty decent. Worked well on arm chairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try and use this product because it's much smaller and presumably easier to use than my large carpet cleaner. However, it's not as easy to use as you'd think. The cleaner kind of trickles out rather than sprays. Then, you have to be very specific with the angle you hold the hose attachment and apply a lot of pressure so that the water/solution actually is suctioned out of the carpet. I wish it were easier to use.
