Best carpet cleaner by far!!

This product is an absolute dream. I have had a stain on my carpet for over three years. I used this product and within minutes the stain was removed. Would definitely recommend and repurchase!

i used this one time and it was fine, but when I tried to take off the cleaning tool to clean the hose, could not remove it.

Worked well a couple of times but then the trigger got stuck and doesn't Spring back so it just keeps spraying water. I went to the hardware store and bought new gaskets for it but it didn't seem to help much. I also tried WD40 that didn't help either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this product

I use this all the time and love it. My puppy went potty on the carpet and it came right up no smell at all. I spilled chocolate milk...stain came up right away. You can't even tell it was there at all. Love, love, love this machine!

Worked fine the first time, then the water dispenser died

Used it to clean a very dirty couch made from cotton upholstery, and it did a very nice job. the 2nd time I tried to use it, the water dispenser didn't work. It made sounds, but no water. Very frustrating

My Hoover spotless messed up after 1.5 years. Hoover customer support was AMAZING & so easy to work with!! They replaced mine so quickly with the clean slate and I LOVE this machine!

Broke after one use- don't buy it.

Device stopped spraying water after one use. Did multiple checks on common issues, and none solved the problem. Don't waste your money.
