[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a ivory shag rug that sits in a heavily traveled pathway. It gets really matted and dirty. Plus I have a cat who likes to shed all over the place. This little machine tackles those messes and the rug looks great. It is easy to use and does a great job

Ugh it was great until it wasnt

Literally the first time I used this, it broke. Right in the middle of cleaning my couch the vacuum functionality just cut out. The fan would still run when it was turned on but the suction was totally gone so I had a half wet couch. It's so disappointing. Products just are so low quality now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

right away the hosed ripped on me, since i didnt have the money to fix or buy a new unit i had to use silicon tape and it worked until the next problem happened....now when i press the power button it wont stay on. im over it this was the worst investment i made no joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is an absolute dream. I have had a stain on my carpet for over three years. I used this product and within minutes the stain was removed. Would definitely recommend and repurchase!

i used this one time and it was fine, but when I tried to take off the cleaning tool to clean the hose, could not remove it.
