Ugh it was great until it wasnt

Literally the first time I used this, it broke. Right in the middle of cleaning my couch the vacuum functionality just cut out. The fan would still run when it was turned on but the suction was totally gone so I had a half wet couch. It's so disappointing. Products just are so low quality now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best carpet cleaner by far!!

This product is an absolute dream. I have had a stain on my carpet for over three years. I used this product and within minutes the stain was removed. Would definitely recommend and repurchase!

right away the hosed ripped on me, since i didnt have the money to fix or buy a new unit i had to use silicon tape and it worked until the next problem happened....now when i press the power button it wont stay on. im over it this was the worst investment i made no joke.

i used this one time and it was fine, but when I tried to take off the cleaning tool to clean the hose, could not remove it.

Worked well a couple of times but then the trigger got stuck and doesn't Spring back so it just keeps spraying water. I went to the hardware store and bought new gaskets for it but it didn't seem to help much. I also tried WD40 that didn't help either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this product

I use this all the time and love it. My puppy went potty on the carpet and it came right up no smell at all. I spilled chocolate milk...stain came up right away. You can't even tell it was there at all. Love, love, love this machine!
