Just bought this product. Was very easy and quick to use. Sliced a cucumber and potatoes up without difficulty. I like how all the different blades are stored in it.

Good mandoline, sharp slicer

It's a good mandoline, the slicer is sharp. The only issue that I found is that the slicer makes slices a little bit too thick for onions or cucumbers. It would be awesome to have different slices with different thickness.

Just received the Easy Mandolin as a Christmas gift. It is very easy to use, keeps things tidy, and my hands don't smell like onions!!
