Good mandoline, sharp slicer

It's a good mandoline, the slicer is sharp. The only issue that I found is that the slicer makes slices a little bit too thick for onions or cucumbers. It would be awesome to have different slices with different thickness.

Only one thickness - way too thick

It works as advertised, but the problem with it is there is only one thickness for the chopping blade, which is way too thick for most things you'd want to use a mandoline for. Thinking of making scalloped potatoes or something like that? Not with this mandoline, as your potatoes will be slicked at least twice as thick as you'd want. Same for pickles, etc.

Great at the beginning

Great product! Have used it for pickling, however the slicing blade quickly became dull and isn't removable to sharpen. Doesn't appear there is an option to just replace the one blade :(

Easy Mandoline

Just bought this product. Was very easy and quick to use. Sliced a cucumber and potatoes up without difficulty. I like how all the different blades are stored in it.
