Easy to use

I bought this three years ago. It works very well. The only negatice thing about it is there is no thickness adjustment to adjust thickness of slices. That is why I recently bought the ProMandoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just purchased the Easy Mandoline and made some wonderful French Fries! It cut through potatoes very easily!

Great at the beginning

Great product! Have used it for pickling, however the slicing blade quickly became dull and isn't removable to sharpen. Doesn't appear there is an option to just replace the one blade :(
